Bath awakening is a morning cocktail in which pleasure and health are mixed with a whirlwind of positive emotions.

– Tea ceremony
– Vibration massage with Tibetan bowls and tambourine – Healthy breakfast

The first stage of the event is an hour-long yoga class with a teacher. A light stretch will awaken the body and help to gather attention. The lesson will take place on the terrace of the sauna complex, surrounded by the sounds of nature and an atmosphere of privacy and is suitable for participants with any level of training.
The continuation of the event will take place in the steam room of the sauna complex, where steam masters will show their skills, and participants can relax and enjoy the rich aromas of medicinal herbs. Aromatherapy will prepare the participants for the subsequent bath procedures and will charge them with positive emotions.
Before moving on to group hovering with brooms, participants will be able to enjoy the aesthetics of the tea ceremony and delicious, invigorating tea prepared by the master of tea action. After a powerful charge of tea energy, participants will be waiting for the continuation of bath procedures, divided into 2 stages with increasing intensity of warming up.
At the end of the event, guests will taste a restorative smoothie made from fresh fruits and herbs.
Before moving on to group hovering with brooms, participants will be able to enjoy the aesthetics of the tea ceremony and delicious, invigorating tea prepared by the master of tea action.
